Projects

Here are some of my awesome projects!!!

01 Data Discrepancy Tool

An automation tool which compares reports from clients against internal reports in case of discrepancies about digital media campaign performance.
The Output file is excel file which highlights the exact discrepancies above certain threshold in reports going up to thousands of exceed rows.
Saved at least 2 working hours per discrepancy issue.

02 Automating Instagram Request Cancellation Process

An UI automation which controls the browser and cancel the follow requests sent to multiple Instagram accounts.
Script takes the input from the excel file and insert the information into appropriate section on the web page.
Saved at least 1 working hours per bulk user /team creation ticket.

03 Automated User and Team Creation Process

An UI automation which controls the browser and automate the process of creation of the user profiles and team profiles on the UI.
Script scraps the information of accounts from the webpage and stores it in a list. It takes the list as a input and performs actions on that list.
The task, which would have taken hours to perform manually, is now finished in minutes using this automation.

Technical Client Engineer Pune, India

Technical in depth troubleshooting and optimization (HTML, JavaScript and SQL) for digital advertisement placements measurement technology. One of the best performers in the team which handled 30 percent of the global volume of the issues.
Working with other team for more in-depth troubleshooting utilizing Looker, SQL (Snowflake and Sequel Pro), AWS Athena, and Python.
Built and used Python scripts to analyse massive data sets from client and internal databases in order to determine the items generating discrepancies and issues. Turnaround time was reduced from 4-5 hours to 5 minutes per issue.
Proactively engaged with Account Management teams and collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams.
Trained new team members and assisted them in troubleshooting and resolving issues / tickets.
